4. Shipping and Delivery

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and delivered within 6 to 9 business days after shipment.
  • We offer free standard shipping for all orders, unless otherwise indicated at checkout.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs or transport delays.
  • You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day risk-free return policy, so you can test your watch with complete peace of mind. If you are not entirely satisfied, you can return the product within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund.

Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.

For defective products, you can choose between:

  • A 50% discount voucher for a future purchase, or
  • A 100% discount voucher for a new order of the same product.

If you do not wish to accept a voucher, you can request a full refund within the 30-day period.

To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service at info@practs.de. Our team will guide you through the process and provide the necessary instructions for the return.

6. Warranty

All our products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal and proper use.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

In the event of a valid warranty claim, customers may—depending on the severity of the issue, product availability, and overall assessment—receive a replacement, repair, or discount voucher.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at info@practs.de, providing your order number, photos/videos of the problem, and a brief description.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Practs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Practs and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction, distribution, or exploitation of any part of the site without our prior written permission is prohibited.
