You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery we offer).

The refund will be made within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract, using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of their shipment, whichever is the earliest.

Return of Products

Before returning an item, please first contact us at info@practs.de to receive appropriate return instructions and the return address. As we work with partner warehouses, unannounced returns may not be processed.

You must return the goods without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a shipping service with tracking for returns.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or are no longer resalable.
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., personal care items, skin contact, or wearable products) once unsealed or used.
  • Products made to customer specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would soon be passed.
